The E-Series controller is a comprehensive error proofing system. Our patented controller and software monitors your error proofing requirements and reports the current status to the operator with graphic rich media. The E-Series family of controllers consists of the E150 and E300 models. The controller interfaces with digital IO, analog IO and scanner devices to control the error proofing sequence (or non-sequence).
With E-Series controllers your error proofing line is completely flexible. The controller may be configured for virtually unlimited part variations and standardizes the error proofing functions. Configuring the controller is easy and requires no ladder logic or HMI programming expertise. The user is guided through a series of menus to easily define control logic and operation sequence.
Error Proofing System Models
- E150 - Provides basic error proofing for part presence with digital IO or barcode scanning. Consists of 8 inch LCD touch-screen monitor, 8x8 24VDC IO.
- E300 - Provides advanced error proofing with analog signal processing, valve control, digital IO or barcode scanning. Consists of 15 inch LCD touch-screen monitor, 4 analog channels, 16x16 24VDC IO.
