WSP manufactures a variety of conveyor mounted torque reaction arm assemblies. These assemblies mount directly to the side of any conveyor or machine. They are easily adapted to any assembly station. The operator will be able to locate the torque fastening tool with very little effort. Bearing assemblies are used for each of the X, Y, and Z axes. Each torque arm has the capability of spatial positioning.
Conveyor Mounted Torque Arm Styles
- Carriage Rail Design - The carriage rail style is a heavy duty version for high torque applications.
- Torque Tube Design - Our conveyor mounted torque tube design adapts our standard torque reaction arm into a conveyor mounted slide assembly. It can be configured as a standard tube or as a linear tube for applications that require precise spatial positioning.
- Two Bar Design - Our two bar design is a compact / low profile package that allows the tool to pivot into the product.
