Tool bales are the portion of the torque reaction arm that secures the electric or air tool to the assembly. WSP manufactures dozens of different tool bale styles for any tool manufacture. Our standard tool bales secure the tool in a stationary position. Our rotating tool bales allow the tool to be turned around the center of the tool. Our multi-axes tool bales allow the tool to rotate around the center and in a helicopter direction.

Tool Bale Styles

• Stationary Design - Our stationary tool bale secures the tool in an exact position. They are suited for applications that do not require the tool to be rotated.
• Rotary Axis Design - The rotary axis bale allows the user to rotate the tool in a single axis. Many applications have fasteners that are located on opposite sides of the part and the rotary axis design accommodates this movement.
• Multi Axis Design - The multi axis bale allows the user to move the tool in all directions. It is well suited for applications that have fasteners on multiple sides of the product.
• Single Swivel Pistol Design - The single swivel pistol design allows a pistol tool to rotate into multiple positions.
